Samples are not free but the fee will be deducted from your first order.
Usually our delivery time is on time, if it has to be put off, we will inform you early few days in advance.
Usually within 3 days if we have the stock, the customized samples will takes 5-7days or so.
Our constant quality will save you much time on after-service for your clients usually, if occur the quality issue, we will take the responsiblity for it and find out the reason, meantime , the replacement will be arranged for you soon.
